I am attempting to convert a video to reduce the file size. As soon as I hit "Start", the video disappears and does not seem to convert. There is no loading bar or any evidence of effort to convert the video. When I open my documents to the folder I told it to save to, there is nothing there. Am I doing something wrong?

Converting a video is way too difficult and many errors can be made.

Please tell us *all* steps that you made so we can try to reproduce it.
