Build libVLC like static library (*.a) for iOS and shared object (*.so) for Android

Hello all!
I am trying to find any info about building libVLC like static library (*.a) for iOS and shared object (*.so) for Android. I am developing project on Qt and need to build this library for iOS/Android/MacOS Is there any manuals?
