tcpdump showing UDP traffic no video

Good Afternoon,
I'm troubleshooting a multicast udp feed from a Linux device, onto a cisco network, yes igmp snooping is enabled. The Linux box is pushing a stream via vlc, and I can see the stream on a raspberry pi 3 on that network using tcpdump, getting udp traffic. Using VLC on the same pi3, I cannot, see the video of this feed. Any suggestions?
