audio/video no longer syncing

Hi, the audio/video is out of sync by 3 sec or so on everything I play, and that is the same for things that I just downloaded today and for movies that i've had for years that were previously working perfectly.. I have uninstalled/reinstalled vlc for naught.. Can anyone help?

Hi,
I have a similar problem:
After I import an external srt-file (drag n drop) it first works. After switching it on/off via key "V" the subtitle gets delayed, ca 2-3 seconds. This delay accumulates with each on/off. (I only use subtitle when I dont understand smthg).
So, everytime I switch subtitle on/off the delay increases... I can use the sync tool to fix that, but that's hardly practical.
Tried reinstall as well.
Windows 10 64 bit up to date
VLC 3.0.2 Vetinari
