Motion blur effect causes green discoloration

As title suggests, when maxing out the motion blur effect within the media player. No matter the content being played it will turn green within seconds. Try it for yourself!
What do I need to do to ensure the content maintains it's original palette?

I have tried: Windows 10/7/XP, Manjaro, Integrated GPU, Nvidia GPU, Legacy versions of VLC. All produce this same effect.
