I am new to VLC and to video technicalities. I would appreciate advice on where to post questions like these and what the best word choices.
I have an MP4 built from still photos (JPGs) and short video clips (MP4s). Is there a way to create a new MP4 that has some text shown below the video that repeatedly says something like "Residents' Winter Holiday Revue December 13, 2019"?
Is there a source for "Tips and Hints" in using VLC?
