the vlc has some problem when converting a audio/video file from one format to another format.
i explaned it 17 months ago here: https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ticket/20833
at that time i noticed that problem with the last vlc version that was 3.0.2 . in that page some friends mentioned that problem solved , but i found nowadays , that problem exists yet with the last version ( 3.0.8 )
i am testing the vlc now on the ubuntu 19.10 ( with vlc from the official repository of ubuntu )
please help to really solve that problem.
