Converted video has no audio when played on PC

The video has audio when played on my Android. Is there some kind of workaround so there is audio when this video is played on my PC?

Which video ? Where does it come from ?
Is it playing on your computer ? If so, then open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.
Also post the Android log: Settings -> Advanced -> Debug logs

Try enabling the spatializer. I find some ogv files have audio problems that need the spatializer played with.
