Converting DVD but 2 languages

Hello,
I'm new to VLC to apologies if this is the wrong section of the forum...
I'm trying to convert a DVD to mp4 so I can watch on Android. However, the finished conversion is playing the English language AND the German dub at the same time - which I don't want! Any advice please?
Thanks!

Use VLC option "
:no-sout-all"
--sout-all, --no-sout-all Enable streaming of all ES
(default enabled)
Stream all elementary streams (video, audio and subtitles)
--audio-track=<integer> Audio track
Stream number of the audio track to use (from 0 to n).
How do you convert? In Qt GUI (Windows/Linux) you can use Streaming wizard (Media > Stream...) instead of Converting wizard (Media > Convert/Save...) as it contains a checkbox for the option ([ ] Stream all elementary streams) in the last step there or you can manually edit (add) options in the Open Media dialog window ([v] Show more options > Edit Options input field).

Thanks for your reply. I'm afraid I'm a complete newbie so your reply doesn't make much sense! But yes - I was using the 'convert' function. And I tried to stream it but that wouldn't save.
Any other advice, please?
Thanks
