Convert/Save DVD to File - No Audio after 60-70 min

Hi. First time poster. I did look for existing posts for my issue, but didn't find anything.
Problem
With VLC 3.0.7.1 Vetinari, I can use Convert/Save to rid a DVD to a file, but the resulting file only has audio for about the first 60-70 min of the movie. All of the video is fine.
I can save a single chapter beyond the 60-70 min and it has audio. I haven't tried to see if I can do a bunch of chapters at the same time.
I'm using the default settings. ... Video - H.264 + MP3 (MP4). I tried a couple of others, but did not work (generally worse).
I bought 3 DVD's on eBay and they're not "US" DVD's; did not know this when I bought them. All 3 of them play on my desktop Windows 10 computer, but will not play in my stereo DVD player or 2 other Windows 10 laptops.
