Record audio from a web page stream, NOT audio file format

Hi all,
Thank you for looking at my first ever post!
I am trying to record audio from a web page stream eg https://www.abc.net.au/radio/melbourne/programs/afternoons/afternoons/11297740
There is no audio file to download. The stream can only be played.
How can I record a particular segment of this radio program?
