RTSP Keepalives for RTSP/RTP/TCP video

Hello,

It doesn't appear any RTSP keepalives are being sent with RTSP/RTP/TCP video streams. It is still OK with RTSP/RTP/UDP - the normal GET_PARAMETER is being used. This is similar to older v2.0.5 where the keepalives were not being sent for both UDP and TCP stream transport but this time only the RTP over RTSP (TCP) is affected. The last revision where the keepalives were sent for both UDP/TCP is v3.0.4. I tested with Windows 32 and 64 bit versions v3.0.5 thru v3.0.7.1.
