Is It Possible To Balance the Audio On Multiple Videos?

Ok, so, this is my question. I have about 60 music videos that I downloaded from Youtube that I like to put on a single playlist in VLC Player... the problem is some of the songs have loud audio and some have soft audio. So, my question is, is there a way to set a playlist of all my videos, but VLC player balances the volume on each of them so they play at the same volume level? And if so... how?
