Disable Touchscreen Gestures

Hi there.

I like watching videos/movies with the tablet portion of my Surface Book. All the time, I make accidental swipes/trying to clean the screen/etc which ends up changing the volume/seeking in VLC. For example, if I swipe up/down, it raises the volume up/down. If I swipe left/right it seeks the video by a few seconds.

Is there any way to disable this swiping action to allow volume changing?... I tried looking at the "Mouse Gestures" settings and messing around there, but it didn't seem to make a difference. If it is Mouse Gestures, perhaps I am setting it incorrectly?

Any solutions? If disabling it is already available, I apologize - I can't seem to find the working solution anywhere.

At first thanks for development of cool free Video player! VideoLAN is made with love!

At second please NEVER EVER implement triggers without ability to disable, especially based on touch/scroll/mouse move/joystick tilt/gyroscope lean/accelerometer measurements/luminence level/input sound volume level! These triggers tend to produce extremely massive amount of false-positives. Especially if condition of hardware input devices is low or is deteriorated after time.

At third it's possible to set short jump length to 0 in VLC hotkeys settings. Then very short jump length to 10. And, finally, redefine very short backwards/forward jump to the left/right keys. After that at least accidential left/right touchscreen swipes wouldn't frustrate you.
