Help needed please

Hello, I wonder if someone can help me please. I have just downloaded and installed the 64bit version 3.06 of the VLC video player onto my computer running Windows 10 Home 64 bit and I can play DVDs with no problems but when trying to play a Bluray disc I get the following error message come up. Blu-ray error: Missing AACS configuration file!
Your input can't be opened: VLC is unable to open the MRL 'bluray:///E:/'. Check the log for details. I believe I correctly followed the instructions to download the two necessary files to enable Bluray support in the VLC player but something is clearly not correct. I would really appreciate some help solving this problem. I also posted this question in the VLC for Windows forum and also emailed and sent a direct message to Videolan via Twitter with no response which is why I am posting here as well as I really need some help to get this working.
Thank you.
