RTP, SDP, UDP stream VLC

Hello!
Can anybody help me in some question?
I have got YCbYCr pixels data and I need to stream it by VLC
The question is In what format I must to convert it to be able to recognize by VLC
Im going to convert it to Motion-JPEG, but not sure in that
Please correct me
