VLC v3.0.5 - for Windows - Wont stream a YouTube Video:

WINDOWS 10:

One youtube video will not stream - No VLC Error Message

VLC Version: 3.0.5 x64

Desc: Attempting to Stream this one particular YouTube video does not work
Symptom: VLC will display the YouTube video Thumbnail for about 1 second, and will also display the YouTube URL at the top in the title bar
and will then stop - NO error message is given/displayed

NOTES: I am using the last known updated youtube.lua script file posted on 8 of November, 2018 from GitHub
I Uninstalled the previous version of VLC player using Revo uninstaller
I then used CCleaner to clean all aspects of my PC out (registry, etc etc) as a standard thing i usually do
I then installed VLC v3.0.5 x64

As subjective as my statement will sound, VLC will successfully stream about 90% of all videos i want it to play
as i regularly play multiple videos almost every single day - probably averaging approxx 50 videos in a typical week

Hello,

I recently posted a 2 part procedure to get vlc to play youtube videos in hi def if available. It's a bit convoluted but maybe it will help. I tried it on Raspbian (Raspberry Pi) but it should work on other systems.
