Subtitle Audio Trouble

Hello all. I'm having a issue with hardcoding subs into anime. The thing is I don't have a problem hardcoding the subs(except when it turns out to be esp or another lang), but the problem is the audio sounds low and distorted(mostly distorted) after the subs are in. I don't know what to do or how to fix it. Any ideals?
