Shuffle without repetition

I'm trying to configure vlc on PC for playback (either continuous or non-infinite will suffice) where the play order is random but no tracks get repeated - in other words, to randomize the ENTIRE list playing each track exactly once before starting over. Does anyone have a solution or mod for this? I know there are many options and settings in VLC; maybe I have simply overlooked something. I have this issue with short playlists as well as long ones. Ideally I would like it to work with a large folder (~15,000 tracks.)
