Green flickering at start of video

Greetings,
On some of my videos when I play them I get a green flickering on the picture. If I go to tools - effects & filters - video effects - click on then off anti-flicker it will clear up the current play back, but then when the next section (like episodes or chapters) starts it occurs again. Each time I can correct it only for the current playback. Can anyone help me?
