I use a Rexing V1 (Gen3) dash cam, which records at 2160p.

Playback is crystal clear in Media Player, but when I try to use VLC, the image is extremely grainy. I've been through most of the various settings I can find, but can't seem to fix it.

What do I need to adjust?

3.0.3 Vetinari running on Win 7 Pro.

Please try to activate D3D11 in video output.
