This video can only be played right by Microsoft Photos

My friend got me the Syma X5C knockoff drone from Wish. It still works, but the videos recorded have a visual glitch in VLC, Avidemux, and Handbrake. Even worse on my phone's VLC, but somehow Microsoft Photos plays it without that glitch.

I haven't tested more apps, like Windows Media Player, but I think it's evident something about the video is weird. Well it uses MJPG according to MediaInfo, but I've uploaded it for further analysis. Thanks1
