Screen Blur

When i'm watching a video and i try to FF through, it blurs out of focus for a few seconds then back into focus

What is your OS ?
What is your VLC version ?
What is your hardware ? Every hardware.
In any case, please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.
