Transparency for both osd volume and position bars on fullscreen

Hi, I recently upgraded to v3.0.2 and I'm struggling with this. Both OSD volume and file position bars in fullscreen (the blue ones) are too solid and catch my attention too much. I'd love to be able to set their transparency to, say, 30%, but I can't figure out how. Is there a setting for this? Is it even possible? (see attached image). Thank you!!
