Play multiple Videos included in one *.mkv-File on separate Video-Windows

Hello,
I muxed 3× Video-Files with the Tool "MKVToolNix" (https://www.fosshub.com/MKVToolNix.html) to one *.mkv File.
Later, the muxed *.mkv-File is playing with VLC Version 3.0.2 (64-Bit) in my Windows 10 Computer.
My *.mkv-File (including 3× Videos) will allways playing in a single VLC-Window, where I can select inside the different Audio- and Video-Tracks.
The following Webvideo show the same Procedure, where all muxed Videos in one *.mkv-File playing in a separate Video-Windows.
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VxOf-VQxN4U
The Videos could play synchron and moved for example to different Monitors or to a Mosaic View.
Will the same Procedure with multiple Videos in one *.mkv-File only work fine under MacOS?
Are there any preferences in the VLC Version 3.0.x to get multiple Video-Windows for OS Microsoft Windows?
Hope you can help.
Kind Regards
Thomas
