How many threads are there in the VLC?

For questions and discussion that is NOT (I repeat NOT) specific to a certain Operating System.

How many threads are there in the VLC?

I want to know how many threads there are in the VLC when it played ts stream. And what are the relationship between them.

normally this thread configuration is used
1 input thread - reads from the source and does demuxing
1 or more decoder threads - One for each elementary
stream being displayed
1 audio output thread - Sends audio to soundcard
1 video output thread - Shows the video
0 or more video filters - Processes the video in some way
(deinterlace, color adjust etc )
1 or more interface threads - for gui, logging, remote control etc
