VLC XBox App needs "playback resume"

Please add the ability to "resume playback" of video for the XBox app, which has already been done for the PC VLC version but is not available on the Xbox "media player" app.
What does "resume playback" mean? From background? From where you left off? Please give me details and steps to repro.
There are 2 Windows versions of VLC. One you get from the Microsoft Store, one from videolan.org. Which do you use?been done for the PC VLC version
