Audio out of sync in AVI file

The out of sync changes in time... I got feeling that it is greater when you forward the video. I tried many different players, in every player the same... even in Windows Media Player. When I import it to Adobe Premiere, audio is synced correctly. But even after exporting it to different format, audio desync problem still appears... why is that? what is it about? How can I fix it?
