UDP video stream and external audio source recording

Hello,
I need to find a solution to record a video stream (udp://@:portnumber) mixed with the input of my audio card (microphone). I can of course record them separately to mix once recordind is done, but this is not a solution for the forseen usage.
Any idea? Do i need a plugin to perform that?
My VLC version is 2.2.4 (last revision also tested with no joy)
