VLC Can't open RTSP

I tried to access the rtsp stream (ip camera) with this link : rtsp://ipaddress:554/ch0_0.h264. But the result, vlc can't open the link. I don' understand whats going on?

Please open Tools -> Messages (set Verbosity to 2) before you start the playback, and then paste the full resulting log here or on Pastebin.com if it's too long.

Hi,
I have similar problem:
Link used: RTSP://192.168.8.10/user:admin7password=&channel=1&stream0./
On my lenovo Yoga laptop my rtsp link to my cctv camera works great however on my HP Envy laptop I get a black screen.
I have placed the messages log of both laptop in Pastebin:

Any advice would be most welcomed
