No LIVE Streamaccessing RTSP Network Video Camera Stream

Hi, i am trying to use a Bosch HD7000 Network camera with VLC on multiple devices.
If i use any RTSP Client, I get the live video stream, and the sound, so the camera seem to work right as it should.
Whenever I use VLC (current version), either on Wndows 10, Windows 7 or IOS Devices, I get with the same RTSP adress an initial picture, and the live sound. The picture itself is being updated every 10 seconds. With some modifications ([vlcforumde edited]/thread/3025-vlc-player-hat-10-sekunden-denkpause/#post15432) i was able to force an refresh every 5 seconds.
Because the RTSP stream works with almost every other RTSP tool that VLC, i think the problem is VLC related. Does anyone have the same problem?
The Bosch IP7000 Camera is connected via VDSL using 10 MBIt upstream, so the bandwith should be more than enough.
Does anyone have an identical problem accessing a network camera using the RTSP protocol?
