Screenshot (snap) name prefix and timestamp

First of all sorry for my English, I'm bad at it. 
So the problem is that when I make a screenshot filename contains the time when it was created. But what I want is that filename would contain timestamp of the file.
Example:
I'm watching movie and make a screenshot. I want that filename of that snap would contain position from the movie that I made that snap from. So if I made a snap while watching movie on its' 20th minute I want it to be in my filename.
How do I do what?
This is what I mean
I want 27:10 mark to be in filename when I make a snap
