Add/Update CD covers to be used by VLC

Hello!
The other day I was on the IRC channel asking how I could contribute to add and/or update covers, since many of them are missing or are wrong, and I was told this site:
https://coverartarchive.org
I went there and, for what I understood, I had to create (which I did) accounts in:
https://musicbrainz.org
https://archive.org
But, I tried to find an album recognised by VLC (but that has the cover wrong) without success.
Could someone explain to me how to do it?
