VLC can't open .flac file with .cue file

I downloaded an album, and it's one (.flac) file, that containes the tracks. In the folder, there is a .cue file, wich is contains text like this:

And if I open the .cue with VLC, I get this error message:

VLC is unable to open the MRL '/E:/etc/duck/Artist - Album (CD1).flac'. Check the log for details.

What can I do? Have I done something wrong? How can I use the .cue file?
