Dear community,
I have serious problem with VLC 2.2.4 on Windows10 x64 (also on linux VLC 2.2.4 and Mac). When I try to play a network stream "media" -> "open network stream" some of videos are not playing well. They are almost unwatchable.
Problem is that when you download and open the video it will play with no issue. When you try to play it over network stream it freezes all the time. I've prepared some videos on my dropbox so you can try it and see the problem. Some of videos play well even over network stream, do not know why. Maybe there is some problem with a configuration of VLC?

Can you try VLC 3.0 from nightly builds?

Cool, it seems working fine! I will try more videos if they run well too.

When will be version 3 of VLC out? Is there any timeline?
