Transcoding with video enhancement intact.

I have a few home videos that are too dark and out of focus. They clean up nicely using the video enhancement tools. Is there a way I can transcode them with the enhancements in place, so that the new copy is already adjusted. It is a pain to have to fine tune each video every time I view them.
