Start Title/End Title

On older versions of VLC I remember being able to open a single title from a DVD and it would end playback at the end of the title. Im currently using 2.2.1 on a windows 10 computer and was wondering if this option is still available.

The start time was set earlier and is possible today.
The stop time was setting already earlier (tested with 1.1.11) by editing the option "Show more options -> Edit Options", for example with: " :file-caching = 300: start-time = 60: stop-time = 90" and also works with 2.2.4.
The "Start Time" field should not be used.
However, no decimal separator (comma / point) may be set, for example: ": file-caching = 300: start-time = 60.000: stop-time = 90.000".
