MXF: lag/sttuter problems with 2.2.4 in W10 but not in W7

Hi!!

I've got VLC 2.2.4 running in my laptop with Windows7 and everything is ok including MXF files.

Now, I bought a new extra laptop "same VLC 2.2.4, same settings", however I cannot play MXF FILES from my sony camera, they go extremely slow, to stumble ...Practically stops the video... This is with Windows10 Home

my laptop is
HPNOTEBOO 15-BA...
AS-7 Processor
16 Gb RAM - 1Tb

Any help will be very much appreciate!!
