Opening two directories into 1 playlist that are in the same folder and I can't use the root folder

i use music ripping software and there are two output folders I want to mix, trance and vocal trance, they are in different directories, I created a playlist xpsf file with both entries but it only loads the first folder and not the second, is there a way to make a file that will load both directories into the active playlist so I can open that file anytime i want?
