Subtitle fuzziness level for auto detection: 4 (exact video title match)

I have a bunch of music videos in a folder along with its sub titles (srt files). For example:
Кубанский казачий хор - Ой я знаю, що грих маю (SUBTITLES).mp4
Кубанский казачий хор - Ой я знаю, що грих маю (SUBTITLES).srt

But when initially it generates five subtitle tracks and auto selects the first subtitle track. So the exact match does not work.
Is this bug known? Any workaround or an additional setting I need to look into?

It is not known. Can you try VLC 3.0.0 from nightly builds?

I just installed it. Same problem. Set fuziness to "4" (exact match) but doesn't do so. (Also cleared caches and settings, and install on different hard-drive as it was convenient anyway)
I fiddled with the name of the file and brought the mp4 and srt filename back to a simple "K". It still showed me two possible sub tilte tracks, out of 18 possible srt files. The only conclusion I can think of, is that "level 4" fuzzy doesn't work. Maybe it's possible that if the user sets it to 4, no fuzzy match is performed, but a simple exact string match through reg ex or some program language intrinsic function.
