Bugs related to CD playback

VLC really doesn't handle opening the CD drive in the middle of playing a CD well.
To replicate:
1 - Play a CD
2 - Remove CD without pausing
3 - Place new CD in
And here's what happens:
1 - VLC tries to play the new CD with the same playlist as the old CD. It just plays random 2 seconds of the new CD in various spots.
2 - The CD drive is going crazy making all sorts of sounds reading the new CD.
3 - VLC opens a new instance and starts playing CD. Now two VLCs are playing the same CD, one correctly, one 2 second intervals
In my opinion here's how it should be:
[*]When the disc is ejected, pause and remove all CD tracks from playlist.
[*]When an instance of VLC is already open and a CD is inserted VLC asks you if you want to start playing it in current instance or in new instance
Thank you!
