Multiple Audio Files

When I import a .VOB file from a hard drive, I find that there are two audio tracks, one with Director's Commentary. I don't seem to be able to delete this from within VideoLAN, only to turn on the other track, and disable the first one. When I import the file into Adobe Premier Elements for editing, the unwanted track is imported as well, and I cannot tell it to play the desired track. Any thoughts on this? Is there a way to remove the Director's Commentary within VideoLAN?
