Shared PMT - streams/.ts files

I read some topics about it (i.e. here) so I know I am not the first one to open up such issue. Does anyone have a info if this can be fixed in 3.0 version of vlc player? Or maye there is already workaround for problematic shared pmt channels...
We still have a channels vlc is not able to open, even with --program option. The same channels are partly available on other players like mpc-hs (streaming - without transcoding) so I believe it is possible to make it work. I will be apreciate for any info. I can also provide .ts files for tests.
