Portable VLC/Default Player Trouble

Hi there,

I'm not 100% sure this is the right place, but it is about my only hope at this point.

I have a video file that I'm going to be distributing on a number of flash drives to people of varying levels of technical competence.

I know that most of them may not even have a video player that can run a .ifo with menus and everything, so I installed VLC portable on to the drive as well.

How can I go about making it so my video file will default on any computer to playing with the VLC portable that is on the flash drive?
