Problems using the DVB-T tuner function

Hi,
I managed to enter a DVB-T frequency, but then I saw one of the channels that frequency offers and cannot find out how to change to another channel. Can you give me a link to a "how-to" for that function?
Trying to change the channel I clicked on >>, and since then I cannot use the function any longer. The frequency is entered as before, but I get an error message
Digital broadcasting:
The selected digital tuner does not support the specified parameters.
Please check the preferences.
That is confusing as I did not change any entries.
Also, I wonder whether I can enter only one frequency. For my place in Germany, there are three frequencies, each covers four channels.
