Add MSN now playing module to VLC 2.2.1

Hi guys:
I have updated my VLC to 2.2.1 and noticed that the MSN now playing plugin is gone. I found the libmsn_plugin.dll from VLC 2.0.8 and tried to add to VLC/plugins but wouldn't work. Is there any way to add this module to VLC or any similar way to display the now playing information?
