Reize Video to Screen Doesn't Work on Wallpaper Mode

I have been testing this out for a few days now, checking and unchecking stuff to see if it would work. It still doesn't. The option works on Full Screen and Windowed Mode, but it doesn't work with Wallpaper Mode. I will have videos that 1) will move to the top of the screen and 2) scale incorrectly, only covering part of the screen. Now, I must say this: I do NOT want Wallpaper Mode to make everything so large that parts of the video are missing, as is with one video of mine, I just want it be to 1) centered and 2) fit what needs to needs to be fit (even if that means black bars the sides).
