How to get a notification if a specific teletext page is not available

Postby vaczig » 15 Sep 2015 15:08

Hello,
I am using VLC player for decoding an rtp multicast stream. The stream contains teletext as well. A specific page is used for subtitle for hearing impaired people. The problem is that I can open this subtitle page even if there is no subtitle for that particular program. Is it possible to know if subtitle is actually available? I think of a status message, something like "no subtitle available". strack command always gives back the "no error" message.

If you want an answer to your question, just be specific and precise. Don't use Private Messages.
