Re-Stream camera live stream

Hi there,
i am trying to restream a camera live stream.
This live stream I can play this stream in vlc.
But as soon as I am trieing to stream it to http or rtp the player just closes.
When I am trieng to stream a local file to htp or rtp it is working and I can see the stream with another vlc instance.
Do you know this kind of problem?
I have search for log file in %appdata%/vlc but there was no log file.
