I have a MTPS with two programs. For an application I need to know the programIDs of those two streams. Is there a way to find it out?

EDIT: I know that I can show some information on VLC, but are those IDs (in my case 10101 and 10103) program IDs?

Yes, they should. Else, look in the logs.
